Somewhere between work, family and responsibility, older men unconsciously start to feel that they don’t matter. You feel like you’ve become invisible. You wake up tired. You accept that decline is “normal.”
RESET Men 50 exists to change that trajectory.
I created RESET because I was tired of watching my peers give up on themselves. We help men 50+ rebuild their energy, purpose and confidence so the next chapter becomes your strongest emotionally, mentally and physically.
What’s possible when you reset? Strength returns. Purpose sharpens. Relationships deepen.
The goal of RESET is to create a movement, not a program. It’s a commitment to yourself to speak honestly and let go of the story that says your best days are gone. I’m NOT talking about glory days. I’m talking about resetting your health without judgment.
There are many reasons that older men have given up on their health. Ironically, it’s often success, a feeling that you “deserve it” (to ignore your health). Sometimes it’s the excuse words we tell ourselves like “grandfather” or “retirement.”
RESET isn’t looking for “CrossFit beast mode” but rather starting over (or resetting) with the basics: monitoring your diet, exercising consistently and letting go of the ego of comparing yourself to others…or worse, a younger you.
